Portico Services, LLC conducted a competition for suitable space within the Washington, D.C., area for the Department of Defense using professional real estate brokers. The resulting competition and negotiations produced a ten year lease with one of Washington D.C.’s largest property owners (name withheld for security reasons), lowering the government costs per square foot and substantial tenant improvement dollars. The space acquired was over 250,000 square feet and included built out/renovation effort. The entire project was completed in six months.
