NANA Development Corporation Launches New Web site

NANA Development Corporation (NANA) launched its new Web site this week with the hopes of increasing and capturing opportunities across the diverse NANA family of companies. The site, www.nana-dev.com, breaks down NANA’s range of capabilities into industries, services and companies to aid site users in navigation and research based on their corporate level of interest.

“We built the site to assist us in telling the NANA story,” said Robin Kornfield, NANA vice president, Communications & Marketing. “We operate in a good cross-section of industries and have distinct lines of business. It is our hope that this site helps our customers better understand the origins of our company, the depth and breadth of our service, and the financial stability of our organization.”

Founded in 1974, NANA Development Corporation is the business arm of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. Today, NANA is a leader in engineering and construction; resource development; facilities management and logistics; real estate and hotel development; and information technology and telecommunications.

“As an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), the revenue NANA generates has a direct positive impact on the lives of the 12,000 Iñupiat of northwest Alaska who own our corporation,” said Kornfield. “We want people to know about our shareholders and understand that we work hard every day so we can create economic, education and cultural opportunities for an entire community.”

Headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, NANA Development Corporation employs more than 9,000 people throughout the United States and around the globe. NANA operations extend from the Arctic Circle to Antarctica, across the continental United States, to the Middle East and the South Pacific.
