Past & Present Performance
As a result of long-term strategic operational partnerships with several entities and agencies, NANA Pacific has played a critical role in the mission of Domestic Security and Natural Disaster Relief. NANA Pacific provides the initial fielding, daily sustainment, training and annual evaluation of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Homeland Security Office’s deployed 57 Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Teams (WMD-CST); the NGB Homeland Security Office’s deployed 17 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Enhanced Response Forces (CERF); and the NGB Fatalities Search and Recovery Teams (FSRT), just to name a few. Among our many missions, our team has provided the following:
- Sustained FEMA support in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina
- Support for the G8 and G20 conferences, Olympics, Presidential Inaugurations, 9/11, Operation Iraqi Freedom, etc.
- Operational support involving the tsunami disaster in Samoa
