Stanley T. Fleming leads the growth strategy and business development activities for NANA Development Corporation’s billion-dollar, 35-company portfolio. He develops strategic plans, identifies and develops new partnerships, leads investment and acquisition assessments, and defines and develops revenue growth opportunities.

Fleming has more than 25 years experience in government contracting activities, revenue creation and business development and expansion. He serves on numerous NANA boards and has held positions of president, CEO and strategist for other corporations. Fleming is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Air Force Reserve and holds a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California along with a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
