Claude Michael DeBruhl
Vice President, Human Resources Operations and Policy
Claude Michael DeBruhl is vice president of human resources operations and policy for NANA Development Corporation. DeBruhl is a member of the senior leadership team and supports human resources and operating strategy initiatives for NANA's companies and their subsidiaries.
DeBruhl has more than 25 years experience in human resources, business development, operations, profit and loss, and general and business management, along with first-hand experience with mergers and acquisitions. He holds a master's degree in business and personnel management and a bachelor's degree in political science. He also served in the United States Air Force and held various staff and command positions at home and abroad, including assignments at the Pentagon and as chief of personnel at Bolling Air Force Base near Washington, D.C. DeBruhl has also served on several national advisory boards dealing with transition, employment, equal opportunity, and affirmative action.
