Lawrence Mucciarelli

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Lawrence Mucciarelli is the senior vice president for human resources at NANA Development Corporation. A member of our senior leadership team, Mucciarelli leads our human capital strategy, building and utilizing our most important resources creating a sustained advantage for NANA Development Corporation, our subsidiaries and partnerships.

Prior to joining NANA, he was vice president for human resources at Rexel, Inc. ($1.6 billion), where he reported to the CEO and was a member of the executive committee. Previously, Mucciarelli was with Colgate Palmolive as director for human resources of Russia, Central Europe and Central Asia; and at Abbott Laboratories as director, human resources for Pacific, Asia, Middle East and Africa. He was past president of the Society for Human Resources Management chapter and guest lecturer at the National Foreign Trade Council. Mucciarelli earned his Master’s degree from Columbia University.
