84741252689414Kevin-Thomas-lg.jpgKevin Thomas, CPA, is responsible for the finance, accounting, income tax, marketable securities portfolio oversight, banking and treasury, reporting and financial due diligence functions of NANA Development Corporation and its many subsidiaries and partnerships. Thomas’ expertise includes fiscal management and oversight, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, and negotiations of various forms of bank financing, contract negotiations, bonding and insurance negotiations. Thomas has also conducted training and workshops with boards of directors and executive management.

Prior to joining NANA, Thomas served public and private corporate clients with KPMG and Price Waterhouse in the banking, professional services, retail and medical services business sectors. He also served as chief financial officer for an 8(a) government services contractor, where he oversaw the company’s growth from $23 to $70 million in revenues. Thomas is an honors graduate of Idaho State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree of business administration with a major in accounting and a minor in computer information systems. He is a licensed CPA in Alaska, Colorado, and Idaho and is a past President of the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
