Jacquelyn Luke
Vice President and General Counsel
As NANA’s general counsel, Jacquelyn Luke provides legal representation and guidance for NANA Development Corporation and its subsidiaries and partnerships. Prior to joining NANA in 1995, Luke was a partner in the law firm of Middleton, Timme, and Luke in Anchorage, Alaska. Here she worked primarily with Alaska Native corporations on issues of corporate, commercial, and Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) law.
Before coming to Alaska, Luke was an associate with the law firm of Wilkinson, Cragun, and Barker in Washington, D.C., representing Indian tribes and Native corporations. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, the American Corporate Counsel Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association (inactive). Luke earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her juris doctorate (JD) from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
