In his role as Chief Financial Officer for NANA Development Corporation (NDC), Jamie Clark oversees accounting and adherence to financial standards and controls, as well as initiates process improvements. His expertise includes finance, accounting and internal audits.
In 2009, Jamie joined NANA as the Project Lead in the Financial Standards and Controls Department. Subsequently he served as Corporate Controller, Senior Director of Financial Standards and Controls, and Vice President of Accounting for NDC. Achievements include working with subsidiaries to improve their audit results, implementing internal controls and creating synergies in merged organizations.
Jamie previously served as a manager in the Anchorage office for the audit practice of KPMG, LLC. In this position, he worked with a variety of clients, including non-profits, governments, native corporations and businesses regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The industries supported through his clients included health care, construction, timber production, transportation, telecommunications and government contracting.
A certified public accountant licensed in the State of Alaska, Jamie received bachelor of science in business with an accounting emphasis and master of professional accountancy degrees from Montana State University. He is a member of Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Public Accountants.
